You can also notify us up to 7 days before your renewal to cancel it. Our return policy lasts 30 days.
To qualify for a free return, the product must not be consumed more than halfway and must be in its original packaging. Contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Toys
- Accessories
To make a return, simply provide us with your order or customer number by email. A prepaid return label will be sent to you.
There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
- Pattes Vertes boxes consumed more than halfway
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any product previously returned or refunded by the same customer
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@pattesvertes.ca and send your item to our distribution center at 6789 Boulevard Léger, Montréal-Nord, QC H1G 6H8, Canada.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a promo code will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver preferred to receive it first to give it to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified that you returned the item.
Shipping
We will provide you with a return label to send the product back. You must mail it to our distribution center at 6789 Boulevard Léger, Montréal-Nord, QC H1G 6H8, Canada.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $100, consider using a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive the returned item.
Orders under $100 have a $13 shipping fee and are delivered within 3-5 days via Canada Post. Orders of $100 or more, whether subscription or one-time purchase, have free shipping and are delivered within 3-5 days via Canada Post. Free shipping is offered in Canada.
