You can also notify us up to 7 days before your renewal to cancel it. Our return policy lasts 30 days.
To qualify for a free return, the product must not have been consumed more than half and be in the original packaging. Write to us and we'll send you a free return label, if applicable.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Other items that cannot be returned:
To make a return, simply inform us of your order or customer number by email. A return label will be sent to you free of charge.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
Boxes of Green Paws more than half consumed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any product already returned or refunded in the past by the same customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.
